We are audited by the SEMA Distributor Group for our processes and document control. We are also audited and accepted by ConstructionLine and the Safe Contractor Scheme and have in-house, fully qualified SARI rack inspectors.
We conduct fully documented rack safety inspections and mezzanine inspections and are audited periodically by SEMA as to the standard of our output.
In all but the simplest installations on familiar sites, our projects will be pre-visited by a dedicated Project Manager to consider mitigation of all risks, and the findings are reflected in the full pack of pre-commencement documentation you will receive.
All our structural designs or reconfigurations of existing equipment are underwritten by manufacturers’ technical departments or structural engineers and we only use SEIRs’ qualified labour teams.

Safety Inspections help to provide a safe working environment for you and your colleagues by checking the integrity of your storage equipment and promoting its maintenance.

CDM 2015 Regulations
NSI can act as Principal Designer, Principal Contractor or advise clients on their responsibilities in recognising hazards and managing risks to health and safety as required by the regulations.
Building Control
Building Control approval is a legal obligation on most mezzanine and office interior projects, especially with regard to fire safety, means of escape and structural integrity of the design. NSI Projects have the resources and experience to handle all the building control issues for you.
SEMA Distributor Group
