Business Development Manager (Warehouse and Office Fit Out Solutions)

With 45 years’ experience in the industry, NSI Projects is one of the UK’s leading fully managed warehouse & office fit-out solution providers. We specialise in pallet racking, mezzanine floors, commercial interiors, and more recently photovoltaic solar panel systems for commercial roofs along with other sustainability-led energy services.
The successful candidate will have their own list of contacts within the industry and be required to develop their dedicated sales area of existing and potential customers to maximise sales.
You will be expected to manage a portfolio of opportunities at any one time and to take full responsibility for all aspects of customer facing activity from pricing through to securing the order.
We are looking for an excellent people person, who is adept at developing compelling customer propositions and proactive in supporting colleagues.
Desired Requirements
- Experienced in either racking and shelving, mezzanines, or internal fit outs (partitioning, ceilings etc). Candidates with other relevant experience such as in MHE or construction would also be welcomed.
- A proven track record (no less than 3 years) of exceeding sales targets and developing exceptional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Highly organised, technically literate and a confident administrator with superb attention to detail.
- Familiarity with contract conditions and health and safety legislation.
