SEMA | Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association
NSI Projects are proud to be members of the SEMA (Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association) Users Club. We place great importance in building our pallet racking, shelving and mezzanine floors to the methods as laid down by the UK's own storage equipment manufacturers association. We can thus provide SEMA endorsed methods of build and safe working practices. Our customers can be assured our storage solutions and designs are build to SEMA guidelines, and pallet racking standards with the safety tolerances to provide confidence in the performance of the purchased product.
SEMA liaise with the FEM Storage Industry body to establish European wide storage industry design standards and Codes Of Practice. Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association are the UK storage industry association that liaise with the Health and Safety Executive to ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety are adhered to in their advice to their manufacturing members and to the User Club members.
NSI Projects also sit on the Executive Committee of SHEDA (Storage & Handling Equipment Distributors Association) who also liaise closely with SEMA to ensure the views of Distributors, Resellers and Project Managers are represented in their discussions with the HSE and with FEM.
