Glossy web sites, brochures and literature are all very well, but at the end of the day it's our ability to manage a successful project for you that really matters.
The vast majority of NSI's business comes from repeat customers or referrals, because we manage great projects that fully meet our client’s needs.
We liase with you to ensure the installation can be scheduled around your operational requirements. If your project will take a few days we provide a comprehensive GANTT chart to help you plan the work into your operation, or one can be supplied on any project by request.
NSI's service saves you the time of dealing with multiple companies. We can take you from concept to completion. You can leave the work and worry to us with total confidence, so you can concentrate on running your business. NSI has a reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget, and as importantly, safely. We’ll fully document our work with the relevant method statements and risk assessments to meet or exceed all current H&S obligations.
Our thorough approach to project management follows a number of stages.

We will select the most appropriate products from over 200 supply partners with regard to function, space and appearance. A well designed solution will have long term benefits for your business in terms of cost effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
- NSI will devise and agree a schedule of implementation with you. Careful planning will ensure space disruption to your business is kept to an absolute minimum. Upon order a Project Manager will keep you fully informed as the job progresses through the ordering of materials, deliveries and any phasing, to the arrival of labour and the duration of the installation.
- Our skilled staff will install the complete system to the highest standard, using quality products at sensible prices. Your Project Manager will keep you fully informed at every stage, providing daily reports if required.

Building Control
Building Control can be a daunting minefield if you're not used to dealing with the legislation day to day. NSI will take this worry from you, handling:
- consultation with our retained building control inspectors on the viability of your proposed scheme
- submitting the application forms
- arranging appropriate site inspections.
- obtaining final post build sign-off
It might surprise you that you don't have to use your local authority for Building Control sign-off. Leave it to our Project Management Service to work with approved inspectors who understand the products and will work with us to design a compliant but economical scheme.
