Our single skin steel partitioning system has superb strength and adaptability, creating a very secure perimeter around any area.
Single skin steel partitioning is ideal for preventing an enclosed area from intrusion and keeping its contents safe.
The panels can be multi-tiered to create a truely demountable system that is ideal for any dynamic workspace.
The single skin steel panels are constructed with a strong 40mm x 40mm x 2.5mm welded-angle framework, to which the mild steel panel skins (1m wide and below - 0.7mm thick, 1.2m wide - 0.9mm thick) or mesh are spot welded. The panels bolt directly together with M8 x 16 hexagon bolts. Where needed, extra linear stability is provided by top capping and 80mm x 40mm RHS mullions, fixed to the floor with M10 expansion bolts.

Features:
All panels are supplied with a TGIC and lead free powder coat, to an average thickness of 70 microns.
Colours available are:
- Sandstone
- Grey
- White
However, non-standard and corporate colours are available upon request.
Other features include:
- Hinged and sliding doors, all with a variety of locking options.
- Drop down hatches and sliding hatches.
- Mesh ceilings.
- Steel ceilings.
- Special mesh sizes / type available.
Sliding Doors:
These are contructed in the same fashion as the panels - using a strong 40 x 40 angle to create a very secure door.
