How do we do this?
- Our floors are modular in construction, and can be installed more quickly than you might think. Even the way we load the vehicle and phase the deliveries is designed to add speed and ease of construction, and reduce cost
- We can provide a phased installation, planning breaks into a programme to allow you time to move your ongoing operation around the new mezzanine inst allation, even handing over an early phase of the floor for you to use before we return to finish the project. There are, you will imagine, specific project management and health and safety issues in these types of phased works - rest assured, NSI have extensive skill in delivering these safely and on time.
- We'll use whatever specialist plant is required to ensure we're in and out of the operation as quickly as possible, building safely over an existing working area if required.
- We'll work out of hours if you need us to, overnight or at the weekends. You tell us what we need to do.
- You'll be allocated a specific Project Manager who will discuss the programme with you, and how often and by what method you want us to communicate with you and your team on the progress of the project.
