Anti collapse mesh and racking mesh can be highly
advantageous to the safe operation of your pallet racking systems. The rack mesh
is a simple preventative measure put in place to avoid accidents in the
handling of pallets. The provision of some method of arresting product spilled from pallets in off ground locations is required under SEMA guidelines, so contact us now to ensure you have the necessary systems in place. We can provide anti collapse mesh to a range of pallet racking systems including bar racks, Dexion rack and warehouse storage racks.
A 50mm guage mesh will be installed in a brick pattern using standoff brackets of typically 150mm from the back of the rack. It would typically be installed where single runs of pallet racking back on to an area where pedestrian or fork-lift truck traffic could be hit by product collapsing out of the rear of the rack. Usually installed when the pallet racking goes up initially, but we can also retro fit this for you and we install safely using scissor lifts etc to comply to all HSE requirements.
