Q – Is Building Control required for a Mezzanine Platform?
A – Yes, can either be done by customer, or we can apply for this on their behalf.
Q - If I order a mezzanine floor or pallet racking system, how long until I can have it installed/operational?
A - There are no set lead times, however, orders are generally processed as follows:

NSI receive your order.
We will arrange a detailed site survey (usually within a few days of receiving your order)
A detailed structural drawing is produced within a few days of site survey and passed to you for approval.
Once drawing approval has been received by NSI we will advise our soonest possible installation date.
This can be anything from two to five weeks (information correct at time of writing) depending on size & complexity of installation.
We will also advise you on the expected duration of the installation to allow you to plan your day-to-day operations with as little lost time as possible.
